What comes with my ticket?

A General Admission ticket includes access to Drink the World Beer Festival, unlimited pours, live entertainment, souvenir sampling cup, festival brochure, and passport. A First Class (VIP) admission ticket includes everything in the General Admission plus 1 hour-early entry into the festival and signature party favors!

Can I get a refund if I can not attend the event?

Tickets are not refundable, but ticket holders may transfer tickets to someone else on their own.

If I bought a General Admission ticket, can I upgrade to First Class (VIP)?

Upgrades are based on availability. Email and reference upgrade in the subject line. One of our customer service representatives will assist you.

Can I upgrade my ticket on the day of the event?

You will need to speak with a staff representative at the ticket counter. Upgraded tickets will be based on availability.

Can I purchase a ticket at the day of the event?

Yes, however tickets will only be available while supplies last and subject to a price increase on the day of the event. In the case of a sellout, tickets will not be available on the festival day.

Can someone under 21 attend?

Sorry, the festival is strictly 21+. No one under 21 years of age will be admitted, no exceptions.

May I attend both sessions?

Yes, but you must purchase a ticket for each session. The festival grounds will be cleared prior to the second session, and each person will need a ticket to get back into each session.

Are group rates available?

Can I re-enter the festival if I leave?

Unfortunately, there is a no re-entry policy.

Will there be food?

Yes, we will have food local and international food trucks present! Food is not included in your ticket price.

Day of Questions:

What do I need to bring?

Bring your printed ticket along with a drivers license or other valid-government-issued 21+ photo ID. Attendees without a ticket or ID will not be admitted to the event.

Will the event be cancelled?

Only in the most extreme conditions. The event organizers reserve the right to cancel the event in extreme conditions with no refunds. If the cancellation occurs prior to the commencement of the event, attendees will be notified of the cancellation by email.

What do I wear?

There is no dress code, but we encourage you to wear your most festive international garb. Prizes will be awarded for the most festively dressed participants.

Do I have to attend the session on my ticket or can I switch?

Sorry, you must attend the session you originally purchased. If you need to change your session prior to the event, email and a representative will assist you. Sessions are based on availability.

Prohibited Items

Any items deemed to be dangerous or inappropriate by staff or security. Such items include, but are not limited to, alcohol beverages from the outside, glass, bottles, containers, confetti, coolers, fireworks, smoke bombs, illegal substances, umbrellas (unless coat-checked), strollers, laser pens or pointers, noise making devices, or weapons of any sort. Backpacks, bags, or purses over 12x12x12 will also not be permitted. All bags under this size, are subject to be searched. Staff and security reserve the right to confiscate any of these prohibited items. Our staff and security is there to make sure this a safe and enjoyable event for everyone.
